Established in 1992, Shanghai Architectural and Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. (SAEC) enjoys not only abundant achievements but also strong technical force and modern management concept.

We host 17 top specialists, including 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 3 state-level designers plus 3 members of the Science and Technology Committee attached to Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shanghai, and more than 400 designers in total.
